- Our two-night home sleep study is the gold standard diagnostic test
for obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) — conducted in the comfort of
your own home, interpreted by our Harley Street sleep
specialists. - Unlike single-night tests, our study runs across two consecutive
nights, giving a more accurate and reliable picture of your sleep.
The equipment measures five physiological signals simultaneously: - Pulse oximetry (blood oxygen levels)
- Respiratory effort
- Nasal airflow
- Actigraphy (body movement)
- Body position - Results are available within 5 days of ordering.
- Once you've completed your study, your equipment is collected.
Your results are reviewed and interpreted by a sleep
specialist, and a full clinical report is returned to you within
one week. - Your package includes a follow-up telephone consultation with one of
our clinical team, who will walk you through your results and advise
on next steps. -
The results are completely confidential. No DVLA or GP notification required, however if you would like us to inform them, simply tell us.
